The Rational Walk Available on Kindle

Published on May 15, 2009

I am pleased to announce the availability of The Rational Walk on Amazon’s Kindle e-reader wireless reading device.  The Rational Walk Kindle Edition is available for $1.99 per month and includes a 14 day free trial.

Amazon’s widely acclaimed six inch Kindle device is available for $359 for immediate delivery.  Recently, Amazon announced plans to release a larger device with a 9.7 inch screen called the Kindle DX which can be pre-ordered and will ship sometime this summer.  The Kindle DX is designed with a larger screen that is more suitable for reading newspapers, magazines, and larger format books such as academic textbooks.

The Rational Walk will continue to be published on the web and free subscriptions are still available via RSS feed or email.  I hope that adding an additional delivery option through the Kindle will be useful for readers who have come to rely on the device for more of their reading.  If you already have a Kindle, I would encourage you to sign up for the 14 day free trial to see whether this delivery option might be worth the monthly cost.  Please provide any feedback on the Kindle Edition using the email link at the bottom of this post or join the forum discussion on the subject.

Disclosure:  The Rational Walk website has a revenue sharing arrangement with Amazon.com for the Kindle Edition of this blog.  The Rational Walk also receives a small referral fee for Kindle devices ordered by clicking on the links provided in this post.  This is intended to be a value-added service  for readers who use the Kindle.  All content will continue to be provided at no charge on the web or via RSS Feeds.
