Buffett’s Big Weekend: Fortune Interview with Carol Loomis

Published on May 16, 2009 at 6:26 pm

While researching another topic on the Fortune Magazine website, I found an interesting interview with Carol Loomis which was recorded prior to the Berkshire Hathaway annual meeting.  As most Berkshire Hathaway shareholders know, Carol Loomis is a longtime friend of Warren Buffett and also edits his annual letter each year. According to a recent interview, Loomis purchased Berkshire Hathaway shares in the 1960s at under $200 and has never sold a share. Carol Loomis was one of the three journalists selected to ask questions during the shareholder meeting.

The video also contains some footage of the 2008 annual meeting which will be interesting for those who have never attended a meeting in person.

Here is a link to the video for RSS feed subscribers.
